1, improper device caused water pump noise

2. The noise caused by the unbalanced impeller of the pump
Some pumps use a long time in the impeller at work or is inhaled into the pump chamber debris injury or other reasons cause the impeller to lose balance, left light right heavy, anticlimactic, at this time in the condition of high speed motor work will lead to motor bearing strength of the weight of the different resulting in noise, Together with this motor shaft will also be affected by the unbalanced impeller to different cores, resulting in noise.
3. Noise caused by bearing damage
Some customers will pump the device in the outdoor, and without any cover under the condition of use, rain will be inhaled from the motor hood by the wind blade, if the intrusion into the motor back cover bearing indoor will make the bearing oxidation and rust, bearing ball is no longer smooth, will make mechanical noise.
