The steam trap should be responsible for at least once per shift; Regularly open the wash valve and steam trap bottom wire plug wash, or remove regularly wash, so as to avoid dirt clogging the valve.
2. Keep the valve well lubricated
Keep the valve lubrication, valve trapezoidal thread, valve stem nut and support sliding parts, bearing position, gear and worm gear shaft meshing parts and other parts with the need for good lubrication, reduce the friction between each other, avoid mutual wear. For no oil cup or nozzle, easy to damage or lost in the operation of the parts, should repair the matching lubrication system, to ensure the dredging of the oil circuit.
The lubricating part should be oiled regularly according to the specific situation. Often opened, high temperature valve suitable for interval one week to one month refueling; Do not often open, the temperature is not high valve refueling cycle can be longer.
Lubricants include motor oil, butter, molybdenum disulfide and graphite. Oil is not suitable for high temperature valves; Butter is not a good fit either, as it melts and runs off in the heat. High temperature valve suitable for adding molybdenum disulfide and wiping graphite powder. Exposed to the outside lubrication parts, such as trapezoidal thread, teeth and other parts if butter and other grease, easy to be contaminated with dust, and the use of molybdenum disulfide and graphite powder lubrication is not easy to be contaminated with dust and lubrication effect is better than butter, graphite powder is not easy to be directly coated, a little oil or water can be used to adjust the composite paste.
The plug valve of the oil filling seal should be filled in accordance with the specified time, otherwise it is easy to wear and leak.
3. keep spare parts complete and intact
Keep spare parts complete and in good condition. The bolts of flanges and supports should be complete and fully buttoned. Loosening is not allowed. If the fastening nut on the handwheel is loose, tighten it in time to avoid wearing the connection or losing the handwheel. After the hand wheel is lost, it is not allowed to replace the hand wheel with a loose plate, which should be equipped in time.
Packing is not allowed to skew or have no pre-tightening clearance. If the environment is easily polluted by rain, snow, dust and other pollutants, the valve stem should be installed with a protective cover. The scale on the valve shall remain intact and accurate. Valve seal, cap, pneumatic accessories, etc. should be complete and intact. The thermal insulation jacket should have no sag and crack.
In addition, it is not allowed to knock, support heavy objects or stand on the valve, so as not to dirty the valve and damage the valve.
