Second , Rubber lining layer and rubber diaphragm surface should not be coated with grease items to prevent rubber swelling, otherwise will affect the service life of the diaphragm valve.
Third , the handwheel or transmission mechanism is not allowed to be used for lifting, collision is strictly prohibited.
When manually operating the diaphragm valve, do not use the auxiliary lever to prevent excessive torque it will damage to the drive parts or sealing parts.
Finally , the diaphragm valve should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, No stacking. The stock channels at both ends of the diaphragm valve must be sealed, the opening and closing parts should be in a micro-open state.
